What it is for

Insurance carriers may request a roof certification when roof age, visible condition, renewal eligibility, or policy placement needs to be reviewed. The report gives the carrier and insured a focused picture of the roof conditions observed at the time of inspection.

This is not a full structural engineering evaluation and it is not a guarantee of future performance. It is a practical, insurance-focused roof condition report.
